Cosmic Radiation

This photo proves the theory that when we go to higher altitudes, cosmic background radiation increases. Uranium Glass

I bought myself a Uranium glass ball on EBay as a radioactive source for testing my Geiger counter. Uranium glass isn't really dangerous and was used for its decorative qualities in the 1950's. It has the property of fluorescing bright green when illuminated with UV light.
