How often do we take care about what we eat? Food passes through your body and some is absorbed, becoming part of you. Do you want to fill yourself with “low vibration” junk that is detrimental to health and causes disease or do you prefer to think of food as medicine, consuming intelligently chosen foodstuffs that will regulate your blood pressure, cholesterol levels and cancer cell destruction to name but a few? I try to eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables, avoid sugar and salt, eat minimal quantities of meat and fish and try to minimise intake of things like cake and bread. Chocolate is fine though (as long as it is pure and without added sugar or milk).
