We came from the Earth and we go back to the Earth. Sometimes we forget this connection, especially if we are involved in lofty or high vibration activities. Grounding helps us to reconnect with Mother Earth.
Find a place where you feel at peace, preferably in the nature if you have any nearby. It’s great to find an old solid tree like the one in the photo. Just stand in peace and silence and imagine roots growing downwards from your feet going down through the Earth to the core. Imagine energy and love being absorbed through these roots and being transported up to your body where they are stored in your heart. You are now “grounded” having re-established your connection with Mother Earth. This works even better bare foot (watch out for snakes).
